A sixteen year old shot two cops here last night, I really don't think that's gonna stop corruption. If anything, it's just gonna increase the resentment that the police feel towards minorities, and if anything will lead to more unnecessary shootings of innocent people, since the cops will probably be more on guard and aggressive now.
And I know it's cool to talk shit on "the pigs" or whatever, but wishing death on anyone is fucked. Also, in my personal experience, Philly cops tend to look the other way when it comes to weed, so I just sort of view them as a necessary evil.

My ipod can't carry a charge, at all. Like, it works in itunes, and it'll play if it's connected to it's charger, but as soon as it's unplugged it does the whole "No battery left" thing. Anyone know anyways to fix it without losing all the music on there?

Did you just hear about this now? It happened quite a while ago. A few days after the incident I saw an article in 24 with some cop whining about the public response making officers more hesitant to use tasers. I think most people would see that as a good thing.
