the safer it is doesn't really matter that much, the cops in newton ma #1 safest city aren't assholes about skating at all but i am assuming they are real turb burglars there though

Yeah, I guess there are other factors. Whenever I visit family in New Hampshire I never have problems skating, and nothing ever happens there.
