i slammed my arm against a handrail, and at first i thought it was a bone bruise, but now that the swelling has gone down i can feel a lump or something in the bone. and i cant sleep on my arm like i usually do because it falls asleep easily.. or just feels numb. i dont want to go to the doctors but i feel like i need to .

Why? What are we trying to prove to ourselves by striving towards useless goals like standing on a dead piece of rock? What real benefit would that give to the human race? How far would a billion spent on space travel go towards solving actual problems and making things a little less fucked up on this planet?
