I wouldn't sweat it (I've nailed tons of people over the years). If the damage to your car (take a pic) is minimal and his is too the adjuster (if sent out) will call bullshit on it.

Some shithead fruitbooters waxed up a 7' quarterpipe again. The park's all pre-fab black metal ramps so you can't see the wax at all. My friend Matt and I both got hurt on it months ago when they did it the first time. It was finally back to normal, and I find out my friend Eric is going to the hospital cuz he can't walk after slipping out on it and jacking his knee. He also got kicked out of his house because his grandparents are selling it and they don't feel that he needs to live with them. Not stoked that I can't do anything to help him out. Not stoked that it's super fucking nice out, but I got hurt a week ago when it was super fucking cold. And not stoked on all the stuff I posted in the random hate thread.

i friend of mine got hit by a car while riding his bike yesterday morning. he's in ICU with frontal lobe damage, a left leg compound fracture plus shattered bone around the break, severe road rash, and was in a coma for awhile. they just woke him up today and i have yet to hear of how he's doing.
