hit my knee while skating yesterday, it's really sore and it hurts to bend it, don't think i'll be skating for a few days

back pain, tense right shoulder, right foot hot pocket with a slight ankle tweak

in other news, royally fucked up my ankle skating some stairs today...  same ankle i injured a couple of months back and this one feels really bad, like my foot trembles in pain when i try moving it....  its days like these that make me question why the fuck i torture myself skating stairs....
