I ate major shit today hanging up on a front disaster because of shitty pre fab park coping. Flew right to flat hit my head and my right shoulder is sore as shit. I was seeing stars for about an hour after.

damn thats horrible... my dad passed away 11 years ago a couple of days after my brothers birthday... brothers birthday was on the 23rd and my dad died on the 26th, the day we went out celebrate his 12th birthday....

I just got back from taking my boss to the hospital. She got her arm ripped open by one of the machines we use to make ravioli. Gnarliest cut I've seen in a while. 20 stitches total and I thought she was going to die in my car on the way to the emergency room. I'm sketched the fuck out. I think I have mild post-traumatic stress syndrome. I think I'm taking a nap before I go back to the shop and clean up.

tonight i got drunk with this girl and her roomate who were in saigon here for just this last night, i ended up going to their room. he was passed out and we got it on. it was pretty rad. awkward as hell, but rad. the two beds were a nightstand's distance from each other. eventually we took a shower together to clean ourselves off, and i told her i had to wake up early so i had to leave soon. about 15 minutes later we kissed goodbye and i left, feeling rather invinvible.

ten minutes later i get a text:
"ok that's the end of anything we had. you just treated me like a whore. WTF"

and here i was feeling treated rather badly
i'm really confused and paranoid of her texting my friends.

"no offence but i've never been treated like that"

this girl is quite the man-eater, and to be honest, i didn't treat her badly. i'm sure what she said here is a lie.

then she told me it was my choice to leave, and i texted her that she kissed me goodbye and all that so i didn't see what the problem was!
she got even angrier.
i told her to go to bed and that i would call her in the morning.
she told me she wasn't interested in my call.
i'm really pissed off right now. and still rather drunk. it's a miracle i can type.

my ex started contacting me again out of the blue around 3 days ago and it has me weird-ed out.... no idea why she would do that, and when i ask she told me she was coming back to singapore in june after she graduated...

and my ankle is still swollen like someone just jabbed botox into my ankle.... looks and feels terrible....

Fucking noticed a chip in one of my porcelains! That means eventually it's going to break off and I'll have Pirate mouth. New insurance so I have no idea how much out of pocket this will be. Plus, it's going to be the fourth replacement. Keep your origional teeth Pals.

today is the first anniversary of the death of my good friend and former bandmate Mike. my other bandmates are having a tribute show in his honor tonight in San Francisco. I was supposed to be there (they even offered to buy me a plane ticket), but I am still far too sick to travel, and I feel like I just let everyone down. Its going to be the last time any of our old songs are going to be played, and I really needed to be there to get some closure from all of this. When I left San Francisco, and the band, I thought i was only going to be back in Louisiana for a couple of months, but I ended up being sicker than I thought and here it is a year and a half later and I still haven't gone back to see any of my friends. When Mike died, I wasn't able to be there, and a lot of people didn't understand why and are still pissed off at me about it. This trip would have put all of that to rest. Anyway, i'm just pretty bummed about the whole thing and I know its going to be a pretty shitty day.

if any of you slap pals in SF are looking for something to do tonight, the show is at Cafe du Nord on Market street. I think there are 5 or 6 bands, and you also get a free copy of our new CD with admission. If anyone ends up going, let me know how it went....
