my complaints seem a bit less drastic after that last post but...
I didn't meeting my quota at work, and I almost got bit by a dog and the owner rewarded it for trying to bite me.
let me just name a few of the hammers in this video...

When I was canvassing a couple summers ago a woman and her children started pelting me with fruit and screaming "LIBERAL!" at me.
And a guy that reminded me of Colonel Frank Fitz, US marine corps, from American Beauty called me a fucking hippy who deserved to be killed by a terrorist.
Crazt shit happens with that job

Did that happen when you were down in Santa Cruz?  That's the last place I would have thought something like that would happen.

As of last night, everything in my life - except for skating - is completely fucked. I'm gonna go and film some hammers. Skating... it always will be there for you.

Nah, that wouldn't have happened in Santa Cruz. It was a summer job in Chicago. We went out to this rich ass town called "Lake Forest" that was filled with rich, republican, cocksuckers. I was working for the DNC and one guy that same day gave me a copy of a Sean Hannity book. I got to hang that up at the office and got an award at the end of the year for "most unusual donation."

Im not making any money at my job...and the actual money isn't making me that mad, its just that I have to work 9 hours a day and not really see anything come from it. Not just the money aspect, but also work done, its all wasted basically. Im just going to quit soon and work construction or something where my work actually counts.

ehhh construction = badddd idea. at least i think so. im like allergic to the sun/heat. i think i could even get sunburned at night haha. my jobs ok i work in an office with AC. what do you do now? door to door sales shit or somethin right? idk i guess construction would be ok, you could get jacked for the ladies and it might make every future job seem like a piece of cake compared to luggin around cinder blocks in the sweltering heat.

Ive worked construction before and it sucked, but that was on a bigass site where I spent a lot of time moving stuff back and forth and it wasn't very organized. Its tiring and in the heat, but so is my job now, maybe not as tiring, but it will pay better since I suck at door to door canvassing. Also, if I get the job it will be with my friends dad so it will be more like housefixing up (painting, drywall, etc), and I don't think it will be as bad, plus it's not much of a commitment.

not bad not bad...workin for a friend is always a plus. sounds like you will be inside as much as outside so you can still enjoy the outdoors but have the chance to relax in the AC every so often.

Ahh, ok it's "sort of hard to explain" but here goes

A "NED" is a non educated delinquent, basically what Americans would call "white trash", but even though they are your average white trash they usually come in gangs, so it's more like your "ghetto gangstas" but as there aren't really any black/latino gangs (ok there just isn't any) here they just get to be white or Indian/Pakistani, the Indians and Pakistani's in Scotland don't really go in much for the gang/fighting mentality (it's different in England, but then they have "Chav's" and not "NEDS")

So anyway, they basically wear lots of fake Burberry/caps at 90'/shell suits/socks tucked in to shell bottoms/trainers

They like drinking cheap booze Buckfast (or The Tonic)/White Lightning(or anyother cheap dirty Cider)/MD 20/20

They basically like to fight/steal/harrase/smash things up

However they only do it in minimum groups of 5 so they can out number you rob and beat the shit out of you

Later on in life they have mainly 2 things to look forward to prison (for violent crime and theft) and heroin

They are don't need jobs as they can leach off our social services and steal

Here are some links for you

This is a Scottish comedy that sums it up perfectly
