heres one from one of his last days in raleigh I assume, I don't know why he wanted me to pick him up
" Good afternoon, Mark.
Today is my last day in North Carolina. I have to fly out tomorrow morning at 7 a.m. I am still at the Holiday Inn Hotel at the intersection of Highwoods & Capital Blvd. in Raleigh as I speak. Whenever you get a chance, please drive down here to pick me up.
If you need directions on how to get here, just call this number:
1-919-872-3500
Thank you."
When was this? I thought he already got all 13 episodes?
well I had told him I had copies at one point, and this is what he said
" Good afternoon, Mark. This is David Lumpkins. I am just e-mailing you to let you know that everything is still a "go" for me to fly down from the northeastern part of the United States and visit you next Saturday, August 12th, 2006 in anticipation for the videotapes of the former NBC series "SK8."
Here's the airline details: I will be on Delta Airlines flight number 5507, which is scheduled to arrive at Raleigh/Durham International Airport at 11:04 a.m. Given that the plane will likely take at least 10-15 minutes to taxi into the gate area plus another 10 minutes for me to claim my baggage, I probably will not see you until 11:45 next Saturday morning. I will keep my cell phone on during the morning, with the exception of the 94-minute flight.
In order for you to identify me at the airport, I will be wearing a red-colored shirt and I will be carrying a green duffel bag, a red-and-black colored lunch box on my shoulder, and a yellow blanket.
Just for my own safety, I booked a hotel room in Raleigh and I have to check-in before 3 p.m., so if possible please plan on stopping by there first after we leave the airport. After that though, we can do whatever it is that you wish to do, including the videotape exchange.
Please e-mail back to me to confirm that you received this message in full. Also, what will you be wearing next Saturday in order for me to recognize you?
Thank you and I hope to see you next weekend."
