Kinda sucks to say cause they aren't a skateboard co. and I have got most as gifts but the GAP 1969 cords are the best pants I've ever had, about 15 or 20 pairs over 4 or 5 years I think. I like mine a little looser than most companies fit but yeah they changed my game a few years ago.

My perfect pants as well. I've got brown, black, 2 shades of grey and khaki ones all from there.

Help me find the perfect pair of black pants, that I can serve tables in then go straight to the bar.  They must breath and stretch very well.  I'd say I'm a 36x32, looking for something slimmer around the legs with some ass room.

For skating or being a dirtbag in, Levis 511's always work for me.
The Romero RCVA pant is nice and I used to wear them as my classy jeans for like a year before skating in them.
WESC "lower" jeans are pretty good too.
Altamont Reynolds jeans are also nice.

I buy many pants.

There are not enough companies out there that make jeans/pants with 31 inch inseems and it pisses me off butt I can wear just about anything.

Altamont, Krew, RVCA, Comune, Volcom, and Fallen all make great jeans and chinos.

I have the Handlers and they probably are my favorite pair of pants. Aside from that you can't go wrong with Levi's.

Dockers makes a nice chino. They have slim fit stuff now if that's your thing. I like the ones with the stretchy waist-band. Price is mid-range and they actually make a pretty durable/good pair of pants.

So hard to find the perfect pant! i want a pant that is super comfy but i feel ridiculous when wearing big pants. i really like the look of slim fit pants the problem is the lack of stretch

I wear Dickies double-knees (32X30) 100% of the time at work, and 95% of the time for skating... double knees are baggier than the regular ones, but not stupid baggy (for my tastes). Besides that, relaxed Levi's and Wranglers (for $7-10 bucks at Tj maxx, Solo and Walmart).

I'm ridiculously cheap on clothes but I blow my cash on electronics that i never use. I just like shiny things that have blinking LEDs in 'em.

Dickies are pretty much all that I wear; the slim fit ones, the regular fit ones are a little too baggy for me. The slim fit ones are perfect, slim but also a little baggy at the same time.
Other than that I have some levi's black cords that I picked up a long time ago for only 20 bucks that I wear every now and then. They're the 559's, the tag says theyre a relaxed straight fit but they fit more like slim straights.

This thread would be way better in person at a loud club or bar where we have to shout.

"LEVI'S BROWN CORDS FROM COSTCO!"

"WHAT SIZE?"

"36X30!"

"WHAT?"

"36X30!"

"WHAT COME CLOSER AND WHISPER I CAN'T HEAR YOU!"

 **walks towards friend**

    "Levi's brown cords, size 36x30."

dickies are the most overrated pants. i mean unless you can find a pair in your size for a few bucks at a thrift store, its wrth the extra money to buy some more comfortable and better looking pants like ben davis or a skate brand.

You can catch me rocking 7 Diamonds,Guess?,Levis,Diesel,Dockers,Dickies, and thrift store cords(with no pleat...the old Sears and Roebucks ones are the best) on any given day. I haven't worn a pair of skateboard brand jeans since my pair of Habitat utility ones I had about 9 years ago.

Skate pants are always $50, I don't really see the logic in spending that much for a single pair of pants. Actually, all I'm looking for right now is a good pair of brown pants that I can skate in.

get you some dickies chinos to just wear around.  honestly the best skating pants i know of are those cheap ass slacks you can get at wal-mart.  they arent stylish or anything but they are light and you can afford to fuck them up.

truth. they're called puritans, and i've bought two pairs of them. they're only $10 and they feel fucking great.

I will remember that. Thanks.

I gotta respectfully disagree man, once you break in Dickies they're insanely comfortable. I admit that they're like cardboard at first, but after some skating and a wash or two they're gold.

I agree Grim. If you buy a pair Dickies and have excess to an iron use it. I iron out the crease and then throw 'em in the wash before I even wear them. Toss 'em in the dryer with about 4 sheets of fabric softener and they are perfect after that. No break in required.
