Who was it -back in the late 80s - that made non-aluminum (I forget what the metal was) trucks, was it G&S? Whatever happened to that company and why would someone do it again being that last time.. it was a FAIL?

Titans had a little hole you could put a skrew to avoid axle slipping as well...i think

I have a picture of Bill Danforth's face tatoo'd across my back like the next guy, but what the hell was he doing with 20 sets of trucks a month? Awesome article.
I almost tried some chromolys when I was a kid because one of our state's first pros rode for G&S, but those tips at the axle were just too weird.

the hangars were hollow. a few grinds and there was a hole. While they lasted, they did grind good. Especially if you locked in on the plastic...???

I had a set of G&S trucks and they grinded really well.  It was the pivot that sucked.  The truck would actually pop out at the pivot when I'd do a slappy.

Because bagel bites, video games, department stores, and everything else that sponsors him ain't enough.

I respect Tony... but come on already.
I get to see Devil semi regularly and his little dude is rad as hell. My wife and I aren't into having little ones, but that'll give me more time to be a god uncle and teach Devil's spawn to slang weed.

Furry trucks would be pretty badass.
Who made the magnesium trucks? Was that gullwing? Gullwing were the guys with the little coping divot in them right?
Are you a kook? If you would say this, the answer is “YES”
I quit skating for a time due to piling out

I had a few pairs of gold titan ti-lites back in the day, I loved them when I was little.  And tensor still makes magnesium trucks.
I actually did hit another skater in the face with my shoe once at a demo doing a shoes fly off kickflip but he was cool with it.

Grind King and Krux both did "velvet" trucks... they weren't furry, but they were fuzzy.
