Transworld Interview with Jeff Pang 1995?

Ok, this might be in the wrong section, so move it or whatever if it is.

I am writing a paper on Kids and I wanted to use a quote I found from Jeff Pang in a Transworld interview. This is it:

What I need to know is what month and year this issue was actually published? Random question, I know.

They used to come out a couple of months before the actual date on the mag but why not just put December 95?
