Cutting high tops
« on: December 02, 2009, 10:50:38 AM »
I bought a pair of fullcabs a while back and discovered that I hate skating in high-tops. Does anyone have any pointers on cutting them to a mid or low? I don't care if it looks bad, I just need it to hold together. Thanks.

Also, these are them

Try a razor blade, that has always worked for me. Just start cutting around. It's easy.

if it turns out messy, just take lighter or torch to it and seal it shut.

Damn, wish I thought of that before I duct taped it all shut.
