I been saying this to friends of mine that live in Chicago as a joke. Like "damn, its super cold here man, it's in like the 50's right now!" then they get all bummed and tell me how its single digits there and how their car door is frozen shut when they try to go to work in the morning. Then I laugh.

Highs in the 60s, lows in the upper 30s and it's still too cold for me. I've got an old house that stays pretty cold. I keep the thermostat at 70 to keep the gas bills down.

Any of you dudes have cast iron woodstoves? That's the heat shit right there. If I had 6 square feet to spare in my house I'd install one in a second.

Hong Kong has the best climate of anywhere I've lived. It's around 18-20 C at the moment and bright sunshine.

It will bottom out in February at around 14 C.

Tight. I'm glad all you suckas is feeling the hurt that we normally get in Central Canada. As far as normal winters go, this one has been fucking PHENOMENAL. I skated outside until november, it only got cold in these last 2 weeks and theres a very minimal amount of snow. So little that if it were to be above freezing for a day, it would melt. The temperature is -11F / -24C plus the prairie wind chill so that's not really pleasant.
