bought her a $45 necklace from some local craftsperson. It's alright. She showed it to me...Never would've gotten there on my own. Her birthday is the next day which sucks for everyone. Gonna take her out for breakfast and a movie...

Get her a basket of bath salts and lotions and crap like that. Depending on how much you're willing to spend you can get a small one or a really lavish one. This is a good gift for pretty much any woman.

my girlfriend's sister's birthday is the day after christmas.  my girlfriend said she's always been sensitive about her birthday because no one wants to deal or do anything, ie could give a shit, cuz they're so over all the holiday and festivities

This is pretty gay but last year I got all of the wax I had laying around in my car and house and melted it down and made her a pretty sick candle. She was pretty happy about it.

Technically not my girlfriend and we'll be six hours apart on christmas, but tomorrow I'm giving her a mp3 cd with over 500 songs since she's always telling me she loves the shit I listen to.
