Anyone got a link to the new battles remix album dross glop? I've heard good things. Here is a link to a free download of the first ep by an awesome new Irish indie band made up of members of other awesome Irish indie bands. Dublin music scene is pretty sick at the moment check it out.

personal challenge/request, what do you think about making a summer jams mix and uploading it compressed to one of these file sharing sites, so that we (or atleast me) could have you DJ the coming warm months for us? Something tells me you have the variety of library and sense of taste to make a good one.

give me a few days and i'll see what i can come up with. i'll try to keep it diverse, genre-wise. (it'll probably mainly consist of newer music, but should i throw in a few older songs as well?)

this is my favorite summer mix though. it's got nothing but classics (Kool & The Gang, Pharcyde, LL Cool J, Michael Jackson, Otis Redding, etc.) it flows perfectly. i think i've posted it before, but it deserves to be posted every year.
