For anyone who uses the rapidgator download links: When I click on those links the message "The website ?http://rapidgator.net? is requesting 10 MB of disk space to store ?dp? as a database on your disk." comes up with the options of ok and cancel. When I hit cancel it brings me to the same page with the download link and everything. Is this some sort popup trying to trick me into downloading a virus?

Stop using internet explorer or safari and use firefox or chrome and make sure to activate the adblock software.

The link to the family portrait album is to some two song cassette as opposed to the album. Only saying this because I've been on the lookout for a download of it myself if anyone has a link.

That liam the younger album is great and I've really been digging that new these new puritans lately as well.

YLHCSD is about to drop a new album - might already be able to find it. I've been slacking hard on d/l music.

If you haven't heard of Bondage Fairies, I'm pretty into them as well. Here's a video from their latest album:

Their live shows are pretty sick and I like their first two albums more since they're a bit less poppy.

These guys are about to put a new album out. They managed to piss Pitchfork off badly enough to do this huge article on how they were the "worst band in the world right now" when they put out their first album.

I go to this thread a lot to see what's out, but can someone explain the aversion to torrents here? People request obscure albums in this thread that were released years ago when they can just find/download a torrent of it within a matter of 2-3 minutes. I use torrents damn near every day and have NEVER ONCE had a problem with them - you just have to check comments/upvotes/downvotes to make sure it's decent quality/legitimate. No offense to anyone, but if someone can enlighten me I'd appreciate it.
