super late response but you may like prince far i and the arabs. particularly the crytuff dub encounters, there are four. agree about pablo, basically all his albums with king tubby rule!

Seriously crucial album, might be blasphemy to some but I rate Adrian Sherwood right up there with King Tubby, Prince Jammy, Scientist ect. in terms of mixing/engineering skills.  Starship Africa by Creation Rebel (also mixed by Sherwood) is in thew same vein as the Cry Tuff series i.e. super psychedelic (Sherwood was on a headful of acid when he mixed it, unfortunately full album isn't on youtube).
