I'm not trying to argue the point you are trying to make, just how you are going about it. Like I said before, can you really not see the differences in those events and this one? They are morbid and this video is comedic.
I think an example you be looking for is if the old man was black and the young dude acting a fool was some white trash redneck who tried to hit the old black man and in return got his ass handed to him. While white bystanders were yelling racist remarks.- And you would be correct the whole white race wouldn't get lumped into it only rednecks would because this classification exist.

Due to our societies double standards there isn't a word to categorize a demographic of black people who act this way because it would be socially taboo and considered "racist." I'd just refer to the fool as a fool (Like I did in my earlier post) and compare him to other fools.
Edit: See how you were almost instantly able to label "confederate flag type" or "ku klux klan type"? This doesn't exist for black people other than "black panther type" but that group had positive influences as well. There is no racist subculture label for the African American race because ironically that word itself would be considered racist in our society.
