What a person. To slander somebody requires a LIE. Grim simply saying that everybody is sick of his bullshit spamming is not a LIE. Ask him which precedent he is referring to, because there are countless precedents of people suing over truthful words that were damaging and losing. Truthful shit talking is actually why the first amendment was created. They didn't make it for safe language. Also, if he really had a lawyer, he would probably be specifically told NOT to say one word to anybody regarding the lawsuit, and to refrain from contacting the potential defendant. I know because I recently was almost sued, and my lawyer very specifically told me that the only person I was to talk to about the case was him, and to not call the guy suing me or even answer the phone if he called.

I wonder if he knows about the last guy who tried to sue high speed? Because most kids today have no fucking clue who Danny Gonzales is, and its related. I would also like to point out the obvious fact that Danny Gonzales is way more relevant to skating than some bullshit griptape.

Nah, I was a skeptic before I rode it. I have a two part video review on YT. Ari said my skating was sketchy, thus making my case.
