This is a good move. Riding for Pontus Alv's company > being on an international team. Now he can actually have a full part in one of their videos, whenever they decide to make one.

dunno about that... money and gear is more important IMHO (a small european start-up does not fit the bill). he could always release a full part online and get all the recognision he deserves... although I do support Pontious fully, but let's face the truth here

This is great! Gunes has so much style, he was rad on Habitat but I feel like on Polar he will definitely get what he is due.

Gunez didn?t get paid that much from Habitat, he have a job working at a sportshops warehouse i think.
I asked him why and he said, because it?s Pontus.
Cant argue with that.

polar are looking sick! my local shop have had their boards in for a while, really should pick one up
skating is all about choosing your outfit very deliberately, going out in public. looking super sick. and then riding your board a little bit

Really psyched on this company.  Gunes is rad as long as he stays away from his nasty switch varial flips street gaps.  Btw, how old is Pontus?

I posted his Diagonal part and fags bitched. Then again I said that Olsons place on Girl should go to somebody who deserved it and people cryed. Anyway, Gunes skates sometimes in my local part and I have to say that not many can step up to his talent and precision. This dude is insane and I always thought that he should have sooo much more!

i'm not sure when you posted that part, but i seem to remember him getting hella props when the diagonal vid dropped. gunes is tight. i also don't really see what alex olson has to do with anything besides you crying about not getting recognized on slap or something.

whatevs. i'm so stoked for pontus' shit. i don't really see any way this can go wrong if he keeps pushing the limits of his personal aesthetic as he's always done, plus with this caliber of rippers? bananas.

also, is he like the gonz/natas of europe? that's the vibe i get when my friends who skate in europe talk about him.
