OK, OK, so I'm sure some of y'all can help me out. I'm looking for artists that typically have weird drum patterns, but are still accessible in terms of melodies and vocals... dunno how to put it. I don't know if it has to do with time signatures, but these are examples of what I'm looking for:

any of you guys into this stuff that's created by lives bands, not just DJ's and producers? There's a crazy livetronica scene right now.... improve-groove music by live bands is dope. the disco biscuits are probably the most well-know band in that genre but I've never been able to get into them. or just haven't yet. just curious if anyone else on here is into that scene in general though
