try boiling about eight bars of parrifin in a pot with alot of water then dump that all over the ledge. works everytime

oh, it works. yeah, you would want it to be melted. thats the point, you're pouring hot melted wax all over the ledge. I guess if you're in a city it would be hard to start a fire, but what do I know?
