I wonder who decided that Haiti and Canada would be the best for Argentina of all teams to play before the World Cup? I mean Canada failed to qualify for qualifying, of what value is that friendly to them at all. I hope they enjoy being humbled against legitimate competition.

I realize the team that the US fielded tonight was the "B" team....but still, that was pretty pathetic.  The Czechs didn't even start their best players except ol' Dark Helmet Peter Cech.

Seems odd to read this statement.  I was pleased with the performance of the U.S. today.  A little shaky in defence at times, but all and all a decent warm up.  That pitch was fucking shit though.

You and the D00D have turned this thread into a horrible head-on-collision between a short bus full of regular kids and a van full of paraplegics.

1. Friendly without Harry Kewell.
2. I never claimed Australia was a good team. I love them, but I think they are pretty weak everywhere except for Schwarzer and Cahill.
3. Bulldogs are shit without Brad Johnson
4. Anyone who supports the USA while living in Australia should be put in an immigration detention centre  ;)

The injury of robben is not that bad, he can go along but needs 2-3 weeks of rest.
