generally have some sunny side up eggs with a whole lot of ketchup. on weekends if I wake up at home I'll make some eggs, a bagel, lots of tea or coffee, and rarely I'll have oatmeal and sprinkle lots of cinnamon on it.

 I like my breakfasts light so most mornings I have frosted flakes and sliced strawberries, honey toast and coffee. the best part is that theres no real cooking involved so theres less stuff to clean up.

I prefer the more spice to original since I use less of it to get the same desired outcome and end up eating less salt, too.  Most stores carry the original, but I broke down and bought 7 lb container of more spice online.

More Spice is the shit. more red pepper, less salt. it's the only thing in the world that makes canned soup palatable.
I put it on everything, especially fries, eggs, soup, tuna helper (!!!)...it's the best shit.

Unless I go out for breakfast, it's one or 2 bowls of cereal every morning for me. I love waffles or pigs in a blanket though. I'm a big fan of sweeter breakfasts for some reason, but every once in a while, if I'm feeling it, I go for a savory breakfast. When I was studying in Vienna during the fall, breakfast was the biggest mind fuck for me whenever I went on a trip somewhere else. Budapest wasn't too bad. I just had an omelet (but they put ice cubes in my OJ and didn't fold the omelet), but it was crazy for me to see cold cuts and cheese for breakfast in Prague and Amsterdam. It was good, but it blew my mind. And in Munich the traditional breakfast is Weisswurst and a Weiss Bier (sorry if I misspelled "weiss"), which was awesome and good, but my stomach got fucked up from eating the Weisswurst too early and on too little sleep. A nap cured that though.

I'm eating a roast beef on a wheat hoagie with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and chipotle mayo with a pickle on the side for my breakfast.  Sweet tea to drink.  Breakfast for dinner may be superior (like breakfast in general), but it's good to have a non breakfast food for breakfast sometimes (especially when you haven't ate all day).  No, this is not brunch.

I got to eat some homemade biscuits made with good ol bacon grease about two weeks ago.  My heart is still thanking me over it.

you from the south? My grandma makes the best biscuits, she makes them for everything though, breakfast, lunch and dinner, I think I have 4 of them with each meal.

The Heroes Breakfast Recipe

You need:
2 eggs
2 tbsps sour cream
Pinch of cinnamon
2 slices white bread
A bit of butter
2 bits o bacon
1 banana
maple syrup
caster sugar

Method

1) preheat yo grill. crack eggs into a bowl

2) add sugar, cinnamon, sour cream, beat that shit

3) dip bread into mix, soak it up

4) melt butter into frying pan, when bubbly put the bread in (till golden on both sides

5) grill the bacon

6) put bacon on french toast

7) melt banana chunks a little in the pan and then throw them on

lots of maple syrup and top it off with a sprinkle of caster sugar



Yes, this is my recipe. Don't rush this, you may get concussion or something...
