I’ve watched that Dane Barker part from the most recent Quasi jawn a couple times a week since it came out. This sounds a little cheesy, but it’s such a great first part: the skating, editing and music just gets me hyped to watch some skating and also just plain makes me want to go skate.

Daydream is so lovely. Besides being its own thing, it also reminds me of the best parts of what Strobeck's work once was like in his Smile On Wry Boy era.
Vincent Touzery looks so cool skating in black jeans and white chuck hightops. I wish I could pull that look off.

Yeah everything about callums part gets me hyped to skate. The trick selection, the song, just the vibes are great. That line where he does the big ass frontside wallride and then pushes super hard and pumps through that bank corner and backside flips the other side is perfect. Also the backside slappy roll up to front board down the rail is just flawless.
