Blackberries, especially because you'll find them growing in random places. Its such a nice surprise.

Summer of '05, before I moved to the city.. I justifiably got fired for skipping work at noon 3 days straight. I spent a lot of time biking, swimming, trying to find weed plants, basically doing nothing.. only once did I find a berry patch.. but it was seriously a wall of blackberries. That was a good day.

I love blueberries but they're at their best in muffins. Blackberry beer is a favorite. And I love raspberry & raspberry-flavored drinks, but they make me shit. Strawberries are on another level, too good.

believe it or not, of those listed, only blueberries and cranberries are actually berries. strawberries are "accessory fruits", raspberries and blackberries are "aggregate fruits".
related: bananas within the same classification of berries as blueberries and cranberries, but are also part-nut.
