This happened awhile back with Thom and Baxter.  I don't know how, but somehow IP bans have been taking casualties.  If you just got "unbanned" in the last 30 minutes or so, it's because Dean lifted Vuvuzela's IP portion of the ban.  Someone else got taken out and had hit him up about it.

Small problem, quick fix.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
