noseslides? i always get into back board

too close to the obstacle, roll to it a bit further away, and when you ollie, dont shove youre nose in there like wise penguin would in a thread, try to ollie into the 90 angle and get in, otherwise you either crook it or youll roll over the obstacle and fall. woopdeedoo.

frontside? backside? sarcastic?

Either.  No, I wish I was joking.

I can kind of get the board tweaked slightly backside, but I end up just turning that way.

They're basically like flatground tailslides without the pressure on your tail. Wind up then push into them with your back foot and lean back a bit. Try to keep your body straight-ish, especially on backside ones.

Don't jam it into the ledge right from the ollie. Pop a little higher than you need and land with your weight back and your legs tweaking it. Just push it through like a front nose then pop off.

Backside tailslides? I can´t seem to get them locked, so that they would slide kind of controlled, like a noseslide or something.

Alright, Pop-shove it late 180s. I can pop a shove it almost 2 feet but i'm 'having trouble catching it and turning it in mid air.

Like turning them back forward?
I focus on keeping my feet flat and as soon as I pop I turn my legs to the halfway point so that I have enough time to push them back.

What about wallrides on walls that don't have a bank going up to them? I tried them today and couldn't come off.

I learned them first by doing the shove it and then kind of landing in a nose wheelie, doing the 180 while on two wheels, kind of like a revert. It's pretty much cheating but that way you might get the idea how you should move your body.

Hardflips are one of those tricks you either got or you dont. Try starting to frontside flip and then just turn back the other way and let the board go between your legs. Thats how i learned varial heels, i just tweeked my body frontside at the beginning of the trick and turned back.
Probably doesnt help but whatever.

for inward heels bring your front foot out and back (castillo style) instead of just out. thats the problem a lot of people have with that trick. its definetly weird to do at first but you'll get used to it.
yeah its funny right, its funny? i'm tryin to sleep i got water on me?  yeah, of course it wasn't, it was nobody, nobody did it. its the mystery water. mystery water!

okay. frontside tailslides. i can basically huck that one onto any ledge, but as soon as i get on i just fall forward. IT ALWAYS STICKS!! and when i lean back i fucking lose control of the slide. i can get them consistently. don't have the same problem with back tails however.

I have a different problem with front tails.  I can get on them and slide easily, but its only for a few inches.  I go to fakie so quick.  Anyone have any tips on how to slide them longer?

the only thing i can think of is put more weight on the ledge foot, but then you might have the same problem i have.
