Injury

a few days ago i bruised/slammed my kneecap super bad. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on healing bruises faster, or healing injuries like this quicker. any answers appreciated, thanks

Dont skate. if you have a bicycle i would suggest taking that for a slow paced, relaxed ride. If you stay off of it too much its gonna get too stiff.
It was seriously like seeing Jesus on a skateboard.

same thang happened to me.  I really like using bags of frozen peas and carrots for icing.  It molds to whatever you need it too and its really cheap and lasts forever.  Make sure you only do it for 10 to 15 minutes at a time if you don't use any cloth between you and the bag.

exterior knee  injuries usually lead to interior injuries, dont skate, ice, stay in shape.

fuck, its been a week and a half, and ive got a slight pain in my knee but only when i put all my weight on that leg and then bend the knee.  should i try to skate or would that just make it worse?

nah man dont skate just wait it out, youll end up fucking it up more if you try to push through the pain and really there is some internal shit going on you dont know about

I'm going to argue that Placebo owes their entire career to a Canadian dude's skate video part. Appleyard should be getting royalties for this shit.

i talked to a family friend who's a doctor, he said i most likely did something to my MCL (?)  and now I need an MRI.  fuuuuu
