Just got the black/white low Last Resorts. I’m a “true” 11.5, got an 11, and could probably fit a 10.5 (my usual Chuck size).

No complaints tho. Glad I got em! The high tops will be next.

i doubt these soles will stay as glossy though. i reckon you could just give em a light sanding with griptape to make em dull.

i'd like to know if this is just how the outsole cures or if the gloss is applied afterwards. either way, i doubt it's permanent, unless you really take care to not scuff them up.

Nike size 9.5 is 43 EU, or 27.5cm based on the Nike chart below. Is Nike Sb is the same?

43EU is size 10 on last resort page, but the 27.5cm (the measurement i’d go by) translates to 9.5. Easy enough to measure you foot off the last resort size chart below to be sure.

 I remember having a pair of entries like 10 years ago similar to the Sheckler 2's. It might have been that model, but I just remember loving them. If they re-release that shoe I'd definitely buy a pair.

maybe they drop it as the low cup. that would be sick. you can also see what looks like part of the emerica logo stitching on the side.

could also be an actual reynolds they looked at for reference when doing r&d, but that plastic/gum bumper under the ollie pad looks way bigger.

Since there is also a pic of the sheckler 2, could be that they are doing the same fused toe from the Reynolds on a model for etnies.
Interesting they have the short-lived marana elite in the mix.

My guess is they are pulling inspiration from previous and current models for their "R&D" as shown in the photos I posted.

Would be cool to see etnies, es, or emerica combine some of those features (new insole tech, TPR toe cap, thermal weld toe cap [Reynolds g6], etc.) that are on the table beyond what they've already tried.

I am still jonesing for a version or sequel to the Reynolds G6 that is a team or current pro's silhouette because that shoe was so damn good!

maybe youre thinking of the Arto 2? Both he and Sheckler had cupsole pro models first, then went vulc for their second ones and they were out at the same time. I loved my Arto 2s, I wish that they could make a team shoe of the Arto 1 though.

Digging the solid white sole. Adidas does a lot of the translucent soles and having skated a couple they seem to feel different. Reminded me of their first runs of campus, etc where the uppers were slipping off the sole
