Those new skate half cabs felt shitty. I tried them on and quickly decided they were a no-go. Also, the outsole is slick to the touch, so that was a little sus.

I remember the same thing was happening on some of the first Crockett 2s and Vans seemed to be aware of the problem and I thought fixed it with replacements. A quick search turned up that Vans stores return policies are liberal so if you've got one nearby, you should be able to get a proper pair.

Sorry if ABP, my lurk game has been pretty weak.Since those skate cabs felt sub-par, I'm taking this as a sign to try out these Emericas.There's also a nice black and gum and a horrid brown catastrophe. Not sure why Emerica isn't spamming my instagram with these new colorways yet.
