You have to keep in mind there is also currently the Anaheim Factory and a new model called the OG which both have seen probably the same amount of colors as the skate/92 versions.
I'm perfectly fine with oversaturation, because soon enough you'll actually be able to buy half cabs at outlets. I've been to my local outlet (Great Lakes Crossing) at least ten times over the last two years, and never once seen a half cab.

They're $85, which is a $10-15 premium over the typical half cab. I don't know if they're really running into the ground as much as they are capitalizing on the popularity. They do something decent by making a lot of models limited to in-store at skate shops rather than Vans retail stores. The only real issue I see is that Vans doesn't really offer anything besides different color ways. They put more effort into the Anaheim Factory Half Cabs with unique materials and designs, for better or worse

Vans have really made me loathe black soles shoes, that I go out of my way to avoid buying their and other companies shoes because it ruins a lot of otherwise decent shoe color ways.

I saw them on the US Vans site today. The site is weird about how it groups colorways on one page and others on another but they are on the page with the Chives and the DX versions. There is a separate page for the classic black and white and murdered out colorways. Family sale is 30% off for Labor Day.

If you change to black laces - it’s all good.
Really like half cab IG / Anaheim factory production stuff  - but hate that limited - exclusive at distributing Chanel. Doesent make sense for me as a
Consumer.
I want to buy my shoes at my local skateshop - or at least at the vans Webshop - and not over some skateshop web page in UK or some reseller.

They shoud have the standard colors OG cabalerial all black and All white always in production.
Then they can come with special color ways / cooperation like Reynolds, Anti Hero, Labor skateshop - but they shoud gave them to all skateshoes and at least globally online.
They can gave a percentage of the sale to the partner.

it's the one right off the freeway next to the walkway with the wallrides along it. I wish I could recall the street names but id have to look at my skate spot book to know exactly where. I miss skating Sac especially 10yrs ago before some iconic spots were destroyed

 Yeah, that spot has been given some other DIY elements as well, in the last few years. There’s a lot of good spots in Sac still. Tons of stuff outside the actual city now too.
