The Superskate came out originally in 89 and was Adidas' first shoe designed for skateboarding. These are both on the Adidas site but just not available until the release date if anyone wants to check them out.

What’s with the inverted branding on Adidas? The blue Forum Lows and those Campus shoes would be instant purchases for me, but the branding makes them kind of look like factory defects.

Does anyone happen to know the EU sizing for the eS Muska size 12 mens?

I have found that the EU sizing is more accurate and lets me know if the shoe runs true to size, large, or smaller.

Was also one of the first shoes they had when Adidas came back into skateboarding. Maybe I'm misremembering but pretty sure it had a cup like the campus and superstar did at the time then swapped to vulc then the campus vulc just took over and Adidas blew up

Yeah my first "real" skate shoe was a pair of the vulc Superskates that I got from Ross for like $20. I remember really liking how they looked but the sole was weirdly thin for how padded the upper was. Having them on a cupsole makes way more sense and these are the first Adidas in awhile that's tempted me.

I had this Colorway of super skates from Ross in like 2007 I wanna say. Just skated my backyard so didn’t care if anyone saw me in them cause that was when slim vulcs were in. They were tanks but probably just cause I was used to shredding thru thin shoes.

Those sneeze ones look real nice and I didn’t know adidas made a skate shoe in 89

Lots of talk about the Muska reissue, here is mine from when I was in grade 11. I remember not liking the board feel much, mostly due to the rubber toe. Also, The toe is pretty pointy. The panel that the rubber accent is on is further forward on the reissue, making the toe look stubby

And here are the Argo’s that were discussed a few pages back. These are pretty massive, much larger than the muskas

And Here are some original Etnies sal 23 from 94 and  Es sal 23 from around 97. I am posting the black es sals as a similar shoe to the accel. If the accel used this last/shape, which is less bulky and clown like for the accel, don brown would be printing money. But he won’t. Also, the es and original Etnies are both slimmer than the reissues that came out in 03





The 03 reissues are on the right and are much more padded and massive

I don't film good enough to pull those off. I do always appreciate an interesting take. Seems like all the brands are doing more to stand out these days.

Kinda like em and I’m not a big Lakai guy. Definitely fuck with anything that has a Savier or early Nike SB vibe and these hit that better than anything else going right now.
