So how can I get some spacers? I've never seen them for sale by themselves, they always just come with bearings. Except Bones doesn't include them with Reds.

I got mine from rummaging through your local shop's spare parts bin.  Don't forget your spacers....

it's okay to move for now, but its like really hard to just get a skate tool on. it's like there no room for it, like it's the angle of the kingpin getting in the way. i haven't had them for that long either. my last ones got to a point where i could barely get the tool on, and then it wouldn't turn at all cause it was threaded/stripped aswell.

i think i'll just loosen them back to factory tight. they're already pretty loose. i've never had this problem in the past when i wasn't using bones bushings. fuck, i don't know. i'll just keep my shit really loose and hopefully i don't ever have to replace the bushings.

does everyone else feel that indy bushings get tighter as you break them in? theyre always like that for me

I'm planning on getting a pair of black dickies, should I get the normal ones, the brushed ones, or the rinsed ones?

Adidas is really good with their heel cups. Especially the busenitz. As well I've had good experiences with Circa/Circa Combat, just gotta lace them a little tighter, and eS. If you can find them.

I imagine the normal ones would last longer as they're not pre-distressed in anyway.

This is probably a dumb question, but what is the difference between SB Dunks and Regular Dunks besides the price tag?

Different levels/areas of padding. Different more skate specific insole, dunk mids are skate specific shoes. If you mean the hi's or lows then you could get non sb's and they'd be fine. Just some differences in the two.

They are quite good I haven't flatspoted them, they are I believe made by Creative Urethanes which make wheels for Autobahn amongst others. This may have changed as them have changed their wood to DSM and perhaps have been offered to have their wheels spurced through them. Never ridden STFs though.

After 5+ years my Bones Swiss are on their way out, how do the Bones Swiss 6 and Labyrinth compare to the regular?

i remember reading somewhere on here that the spacers help your bearings last somehow. cant remember why but i was on the same shit but now i rock spacers just in case. doesnt really hurt to have em in there ya know?

and those metal rings are washers. their purpose is to reduce friction between that inside ring of your bearing and the edges of the truck & nut. its not one of those things that're absolutely needed but it would be wise to have them on

Anyone know if the mini logo bearings are any good? Got a new set of these today from a friend. I'm trying to decide if theyre worth going through the trouble of putting in to try, or if I should just keep riding my shieldless Reds which have pretty much been aged to perfection.

mini logos are okay, but breaking in new bearings is a bit of a chore keep the mini's as a back up.

i have not skated with washers or spacers in in over 5 years now, and it all seems good under the hood.
and on a side note, anyone ever skated a set of enuff Swiss bearings?
ive had the same set in my wheels for just over a year now, and not ONE has blown out, or broken in any way and plus they arw all atill smooth as hell and fast as you want :)
id highly reccoomend them, and they are about $16

they're probably the same shit as all the bones reds, shake junts, pig, lucky, etc. bearings.

This has been posted before, but I remember saying in a comment him and his "team" or whatever came to the conclusion that Oust made pretty much the best bearing.

And I gotta say, after riding Bones swiss for a couple months, I'm really not that impressed, and I'll probably be buying Oust bearings next. However, maybe my disappointment comes from the fact that I don't take care of my stuff. Meh.

Reds or Swiss.  Got swiss now, theyre almost a year old, and i swear to god they got even faster since when i started riding them.  reds are damn good too.  i basically gauge a bearing on how durable it is.  just don't buy those cheap ass Halos.  all 8 will shatter.
Reds are damned good for how cheap they are. So are super reds. And swiss are totally worth the money if you can keep your shit clean and well maintained.

busenitz>cieros

the only thing the cieros have on the busenitz is a little more grip.

Yeah!
I've had like 5 pairs of Busenitz's in a row now, but I think I might pick up the cieros next time to mix things up a bit

How is the fit on American Apparel tee shirts and the 3/4 sleeve shirts?

The short sleeve tees are weird, they change sizes in the wash and are very short.

All of the clothes I've owned from there sucked. I tried to like them because its USA made, but its honestly terrible quality.
