This really sucks. Where the hell is the Hip Hop movement going? The true spirit of Hip Hop is killed by non-sense like this, where they only "rap" about being drunk and high and money&bitches. It is not creative, it doesn't stand for anything.
I don't say it alway needs to be political or highly lyrical, but it should give you a feeling of what makes this individual special. This is not the case in most of this mixtape-bullshit. I also heard that artists are being forced to write more about intoxicating themselves and less about critical topics in order to undermine the full potential of this music and its culture. That's why you see more and more alcohol in rap videos. And then I see this Corona commercial on a mixtape cover. Hip Hop is not dead, it is being exploited!

i mean it's not like rappers haven't been talking about girls, partying, and fat gold chains for the last 30-something years, this is not what the movement was built on  >:(

I'm pretty sure this is The Day The Music Died, to borrow a little ditty from another genre:

BET revealed their controversial list of the ?Top 10 Rappers Of The 21st Century? a few hours ago on a televised special. Check out the list, as well a video detailing how the panelists made their decisions, below. Do you agree?

BET?s Top 10 Rappers of the 21st Century
1) Eminem

Anyway, y'all seem to be on a west coast kick, so allow me, I hope, to drop.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YCzMLxNpZ3chttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7z4tsc1nbWIhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Itf16Yb7xN4&feature=related

Do you really have to do IMG and FLASH together to post a video?  Weird BB Code...whatever.
Sincerely,

Fongstarr.

your welcome guys and i'm stoked that you're all checking the album out.

the first bonus track "Illest Motherfucker Alive" starts off with 3 minutes of silence, but you could easily correct that on itunes.

right click the track>select Get Info>click on the Options tab>change the start time to 2:59>press OK

and that should do it.

enjoy everybody.

that pretty much sums it up. haha

^^^^Haha. I agree. The album is way overhyped and isn't nearly as good as it should be. A lot of crap songs and only a couple of gems. I think it is a 6.5/ out of 10 if any.
