i hear ya man and i hope it's good too, but there's a lot of great new hip-hop out there. people can't be stuck in the 90s when there are so many amazing mc's and producers helping the genre progress at the moment. just like everything else, you gotta look for it.

you might dig some of this stuff

go through this thread and check out some newer artists. you might be surprised by what you hear.
