Phildelphia Park???

I saw this park in a zoo york ad, it has a 7 stair flat hubba. just wondering if phildelphia Park is the official name of the park? and if anyone know if that park is the kind of park that ganges thugs or what not will fuck you up if you go there? and if anyone know the address that who be great. thanks

all i said is that i got the point with ganges and shit, because every time i ask about the ghetto banks every ones dont go there, its ghetto, and then after watching stevie williams shoe ad, i see your point.
