Seems like they pretty much got the top 3 right based on skating alone, well Rueben and Forrest that is.

Matty should have been selected over John. Matty filmed lines, did hard tricks and has a really sick style. I don't remember one sick thing John did besides that hill bomb, but he didn't even ride away from that. Oh yea he bombed another hill and tried to ollie stairs and didn't ride away from that either. Meanwhile Matty rifled off good tricks at almost every spot. So what if he didn't throw himself down anything, neither did john.

Also, what in the flying fuck was Forrest talking about saying Matty doesn't do flip tricks? Or did he mean John but said Matty? That was a little confusing.

The way this episode was edited, everyone ripped. I would hate to have to judge Forrest's style of skating, against John's, because they both are sick, but really different.

Forrest talking about having to change his temperament, was as uncomfortable to watch, as watching J Adams talk about wishing he would have "marketed" himself better, in that Z-Boys documentary. Don't know if he should take Whiteley's advice too to heart.

Yeah, I honestly expected Forest to just shrug off what whitely said, or just become even more of an asshole, but it seemed like he did actually make an effort. Maybe it was just to win, but It seemed like he had done at least some reflecting, which is more than I expected.

Some people just don't get along with others as easy, I think Forest may be that kinda guy. He may not even have been realizing that he was coming off as that much of a dick.

Either way I'm pulling for him to win for some reason. It'd be sick if John won too. Could see him being am for Roger or something. Reuben is prlly gonna be a pro one day no matter what, so who gives an h. Plus having that much facial hair at 16 is kinda weird.
