i'm so stoked to see john rip some flips. Forrest still murdered that shit though. i mean, reuben had some shit over the hip, but it always looked so shitty. forrests shit was solid and popped. his 360shuv over the whole thing was tight, as were the aforementioned late flip variations. i still think forrest should win on skating alone. watching john flow kinda gave me a calming feeling though. i like his style more after seeing him crunt, handplant, and nollie360heel. it all looked sick. still think that overall, forrest should take it on skating. john seems kinda like a low-key hater too.

after days of putting up with someone you don't really like, you're bound to go off for a bit especially when given the green light from the guy running the show.


BTW, i'm really starting to dislike the term "hater" because people use it for anything and everything. 
a true hater keeps talking shit about someone long after the fact and manages to brings up their hatred whether the opportunity present itself or not.  thats a true to life hater.   
if someone rubs you the wrong way and you don't like them, that doesn't make you a hater because honestly, you can't expect to like everyone or vice versa. 
nobody is calling forrest a hater even though he was the only one who talked shit on both peoples skating as well as their personalities yet you're gonna call out john?  c'mon son!

I have been on a campaign against the word "hater" and the phrase "hating on". I was going to focus my account at 999 posts and start a new one, but only kept it so I could kook anyone who used that terminology. I even have had to kook people I like on here. Please stop.

I think the Forest attitude adjustment could be explained by the theory that he is fencepost-stupid and oblivious because of it. Some guys like that aren't self-aware enough to realize how they're acting and treating others.

This was proposed way the fuck back in the thread, and I'm not going to bother going back and trying to quote someone, but anyhow... that could explain his about-face.

I do feel like if this attitude adjustment was done earlier in the contest, Forrest would have probably been more inclined to win. And I am not saying Forrest should have changed just to be nice, but he should have played the game and won the judges over so he could win the sponsorships and whatever else Slap is giving the winner. It would have been a big step into becoming a legit AM or even pro, which is what he want to become.
