There was also a bunch of cool ps1 games… kid i knew had some bootleg versions, but you had to play them with the lid open? And with some plastic device. Blew my mind…

I was already a fan because of Dr. Slump before I watched Dragonball.

RIP. Truly original anime icon. Too young for someone from the land of longevity.

Always wanted to like the anime more but when I was growing up the Frieza Saga was like a Greek mythology punishment that would never end.

Pretty sure he did the art for Chrono Trigger/Cross too.

He did a lot of the art for the Dragon Quest series as well.
