I felt like this board was lacking love for the brownest of brown. General Ween Love and appreciation is welcome. Long live the Boognish!

You fucked up, you bitch.

You and the D00D have turned this thread into a horrible head-on-collision between a short bus full of retarded kids and a van full of paraplegics.

There is too much to say about Eddie Dingle and company.

It's just brown.

If you have to ask, you'll never know.

Aye, a fine album indeed sonny boy jim lad. It be me favorite nautical themed album of all time.

I've recently been enjoying Shinola Vol. 1

love WEEN.
a few of my favorites:

Love to see WEEN love. I assume most people have heard of them, but it always helps to remind people how magical a band can be. Professional musicians with creativity and originality.

heres a video from a show of theirs i saw a couple years ago

One of my favorites to listen to on dark, dreary days.

Anyone hear the outtakes from The Mollusk dubbed "The Mollusk Sessions"?

I feel when you hear the songs they left off that album it makes it even better then it already is.

I also own a super rare promotional print of "12 Golden" with an unlicensed Ali sample; Only a couple hundred exist.

Ever since I saw them on the summer '07 tour I've been hooked.

Seen them like 5 times since as well as Gene Ween Band.

There are still 1000's of songs yet unheard; Shinola 2 or 3?

Ween live is fucking fantastic.

The Moistboyz deflower 80 virgins in Islamic heaven with their awesomely offensive lyrics.

Moistboyz III is fucking classic.

Man, hasn't even bumped over a page in nearly 10 years.  This is one of my favorite live show videos of them.  They were so good with a backing track.

Ween is fantastic. I got hooked on Chocolate and Cheese during a road trip to Durango with my buddy Manny and we were smoking shitty Mexican weed with cocaine on top driving through crazy snow in my Diesel VW Rabbit. That was the same weekend we watched "Welcome to the Dollhouse" whilst high on said weed and cocaine. I still get shivers listening to Chocolate and Cheese.

One of the most formative pairings of music and skating for me:

and yes Ween is great, some of the best live performers.

I just love how they pan in on the DAT machine, like it's another member of the band.

Our IT teacher in comprehensive school let us use Spotify (which came out that year , without ads for the first year or two). I used to rinse Chocolate and Cheese in our double lessons. However I had to make sure I quickly close the window, in case the teacher saw the slightly NSFW cover.

I know they're touring, but they don't have any UK dates...yet. I was really happy to hear they were back together.
i donít think any of you are real, i think slap was invented by my mom to make me think people want to talk to me

People today talk about good fits, Karl Watson clothes all looked sick always. People don't get that 90s flavor quite right compared to how he's dressed here.

Dude, I was at both those shows too.  Beyond awesome.  Who would have thought that those would be the only shows in 2020.  Glad to know another Slap member was there.

As a goofy footed 20 ish traveling kiwi at Pier Seven I ran into Karl Watson. He was super friendly to me and and even gave me props on a couple of tricks (wow! I know!). I sat down with him and chatted about stuff. I asked him what band he skated to in 5 flavours as I loved that song. He told me Ween and he was so pumped that I asked.  so afterwards I rushed off to union square and got the Mollusk. Always be a Watson and Ween fan forever from that day on.
They laughed when I told my friends that I was going to be a comedian.....well they are not laughing now!
