Am I the only one that sees that they aren't even real stairs?  The steps go down at an angle and aren't even close to vertical.  So he's basically just scraping his tail up a bank.  So not only is it park footage, it's not even on legitimate stairs...  Not that it matters for a fun dork trick, but I just want to make sure my eyes weren't tricking me.
