Learned halfcab flip to fakie on bank. Popped and caught, too. The three that I landed were all better than any regular backside flip on bank that I can remember.

Good weather and good friends. Couple of nice lines but sucked at game of skate. Everyone had fun and no joints twisted. Just watched Ben Fisher's stereophonic and lurked through various threads.

One of the best feeling tricks on a bank. Just something about it feels amazing. Hell ya dude.

Tried to clock in some more hours on my current deck before I felt justified enough to buy a Jake Johnson deck for the "put your money where your mouth is" contest.

The local shop held a skatepark shovel out into get all this snow bull shit off the park, all the homies and everyone in the local scene showed up and we manged to get at least 3/4's of the park done so we had a best trick contest and got a free shirt out of it. There is no greater feeling than having a session with the homies after seven months of snow.

I started raining as I was out having a night session by myself, on my way home I did 5-6 foot powerslides. Also did a weird 540 revert thing. I actually had fun in the rain for once and it was awesome.

That feeling where you're going fast as fuck, just on the verge of eating shit and sticking it. Yeah, that's the aspect of skateboarding I enjoyed today.

I had broken my clavicle in 3 pieces between christmas and new year, got a surgery and a week ago the second one to remove the metal.
On sunday i had my first session this year it had felt awkward but skated for 4 hours with my little son (11), he learned nollie bs heel transfers on a bank hip and than a half an hour later did it as 360... lol ... I?m old...  i cant nollie heelflip proper.

Than i couldnt walk for 3 days because of my aching muskles...haha

But Yesterday i was skating again and it felt a bit better, got crooked big spin out back at a bank to ledge and was so stoked.

I think will get it all back in a month or two.

As I have mentioned before, I'm coming back from surgery on my back, both knees, and right ankle, and its been frustrating for sure.

Ever since trying to skate again after the surgeries, I have been very timid, and hesitant to try alot of harder stuff.

Last night, I skated a flat bar by myself for hours, landed quite a few bs and fs bluntslides again, as well as popping out of nosegrinds.

One of the most satisfying feelings ever.
