Busted my knee real hard and couldn't skate for a couple weeks. Today was the day i decided to give it a try. The moment i stepped on the board to cruise down the road was feeling fucking amazing! Just got 30 and had a grin on my face like a lil kid in christmas eve! So i cruised the streets for a while doin some tricks here and there till it startet raining. Anyway, this already made my weekend!

You know when you're pushing, and a big crack suddenly comes up, but you don't wanna rush to get your back foot over the bolts and your foot's already out front, so you pause with your foot out front for a second, then push as you go over the crack and feel the board pop up and cling to your front foot as you push through it?

That shit's awesome

I was having a shitty day between sucking at school and delivering pizzas so I had to skate. I did a good kickflip then bombed a little hill and a few little ollies and I was feeling better. Skating keeps me sane.

Just a lonely midday skatepark sesh. Can't skate too much lately cause of the weather but today was fairly good. I headed out to the park cause i hoped it would be dry, and as it was just half past 2 i was alone and wouldnt be bothered by sucky kids or really good dudes.
Last time i went there i sucked hard. Barely kickfliping the hip, looking like a bag of diarrhea on a plank.
This time i managed to prove to myself that i'm a complete shit on wheels.
Still, it was quite the battle. I was struck some seriously horrific back/shoulder aches. After that i ate it hard on a fakie pump the small tranny wall, which kind of gave a counterbalance of pain to the back ache. Also heating up, sweating, and really cooling down while wet isn't too awesome.
But at least i pulled a couple of the old stock tricks,  some first try heelflippage and a wicked bs fakie flip the hip.
After that i had a game of skate with myself that ended in a tie.
Lately. I was kinda having sentiments of "never" trying anything hard again on a skateboard, not to push myself too much, and just roll around and stuff. But that would be kind of like quiting skateboarding actually. There people that emphasize the fun aspect to it, but i enjoyed the pushing yourself part today; regardless of pain, try doing what you can the best way.

But, if someone would so kind to let me, i might enjoy some other particular aspects of skating today even more....if someone would just PM me the link to #Pretty Sweet that would be highly appreciated!

I've got this routine of bringing a beer to the skatepark, but not cracking it unless I land a new trick or something deserving of a brew.  Beer tricks, I call them.  I usually warm up for an hour or so then find myself trying a beer trick, or line.  My past 3 trips have been unsuccessful, though not for lack of effort.. gonna hit the park shortly and hopefully get one.

Got to finally get out after a month or more of working daily. Had that weird feeling when you first step on the board, just not with it, but it wore off and cruising the park felt awesome. I am so sore today, that's a good sign of a great session. I Luv rollerboarding!
Skateboarding is easy, I've played Skate 3 dude!

Skating by myself having fun just doing spontaneous sketchy lines. Spontaneous lines are one of the funnest things to do on a skateboard at least for me they are. Also learned how to extend my front foot out farther when doing kickflips. It felt too damn good to catch the board with my back foot and then hear the board loudly hit the concrete.
