When the same fucking kid causes collisions and shit over and over solely by his lack of attention and mass amounts of stupidity.

Some scooter fucker caused three collisions in less than two minutes. The first one was me, and he fucked my knee up pretty bad, and one of the other kids got a fucking concussion because of him. Because he kept doing the same goddamn thing over and over and didn't have the brains to realize "Oh, maybe I shouldn't do this?" This happens all the time at my local park.
