Been all in on the homebrewing lately. This hot weather has been unreal for fermentation. I’ve got a dozen or so “NEIPA”s left from a kit I made awhile back, but they’re undercarbed, underhopped, and malty as shit.. however, I’ve got a pale ale that I just cryohopped with Citra and Mosaic, that I’m gonna up the priming sugar on and have high hopes for.
Just bottled a hard strawberry lemonade two days ago, added a little more before bottling to help carb it and improve the flavour. Thinking it’ll be around 9-10% and pretty damn good if I can let it sit 2-3 weeks and not have bottle bombs. Got an apple wine/cider in primary too, that I added my leftover pale ale wort to just because. I need to get more bottles though.
