Most people that I know write like how you see this post. I never use cursive, don't like it even though it makes writing faster.

In Star Trek First Contact they say that in the future all money is wiped out and everybody works for science or whatever. How the fuck did they pull that off?
Same deal, in elementary school we had weekly test for writing in cursive saying that it would be needed in high school & later on in life. I blew it off and to be honest now all I really remember is how to write my name and then random letters. My mom works at an elementary school and she told me they start computer typing at first grade and that cursive isnt even in the curriculum. Another reason why we suck.I am sure this has been answered or its a dumb question to ask but- If some one is born bilingual what language do they think in?
Did Def Leppard choose their name because the words have sort of the same length as in Led Zeppelin?Did they think "Led Zeppelin is such a cool name, I wish we could come up with something like that!"
You and the D00D have turned this thread into a horrible head-on-collision between a short bus full of regular kids and a van full of paraplegics.

Def Leppard on the other hand is as much of a rock band as jereme rogers is a poet and a rapper

I was taught cursive when I was a little guy too, and told how important it was. And it must have been before our era, when all important legal documents and correspondence was hand written. But I don't think too many people in the 80s and 90s had any idea how completely computers were gonna take over the world. Typing is by far the more important skill.I actually find this a problem for me now that I'm back in University. I wrote a final yesterday that was essentially three essay questions. And I don't think I did too hot. I actually find that I can express my thoughts in written form significantly better through the medium of a keyboard than with a pen and paper. I can't hand write nearly as fast as I can type, so I can't keep up with my own thoughts and can't get into the flow of writing. I wonder how long it will be before exams start happening on computers?

What jobs are most common in movies/television?To me, it seems like architects are way over represented if the characters profession is unrelated to the story/plot.
Some sort of desk job seems to be a large percentage of occupations in movies.
Is it gay to get turned on when a guy cums a lot in porn?
