yea seriously, are people really taking Airspeed's side on this? Nate may not be doing anything "cool" but hes a really nice guy and he got screwed. im sure with a lawyer and some work he'll have his money and probably more.

doubtful. i feel bad for nate, as he is undenaibly one of the nicest, most down-to-earth dudes in skateboarding, but he never signed a contract indicating any royalties or anything. legally, they owe him nothing.  and that's what he's gonna get.

hopefully he can damage their reputation, but as far as getting a check? NOT. GONNA. HAPPEN.

Someone said it earlier, dude is waaaaay better off working at UPS.
Sorry but the whole making a living as a pro skater boat sailed a long time ago for homeboy and even then that boat was a ugly, awkward looking dinghy that leaked.
