It's real. I told him to film is face saying Karl's Kauses, but he's kinda slow, but the nosegrind is definitely him. I don't know how he would prove its him besides maybe checking the rest of his videos. His screen name is phillipjayfry and his real name is peejay which is short for phillip jay and it says it all over his channel. I don't know, just don't fuck him over because he didn't put is face on the video to say Karl's Kauses.
