According to witnesses he just walked around calmly and shot people. They said he seemed totally unaffected.
Not sure how much regret this fucker is really going to feel unfortunately.

not sure how it works in norway , but he could serve less then 21 with good behavior . I dont think they do like in the US where they add up each murder either , like 21+21+21 and so on

Dude will have to watch his back in prison though , he is currently the most hated person in all of norway , scandinavia and europe .
He might get shot on his way to trail or knifed in prison on his first day

i've rarely felt this affected by a news story. i seriously feel slightly sick just thinking about these poor kids and that video is horrible. looks like they didn't have a chance of getting away as they were all clearly running for the water.

I am all for criminal rehabilitation, I really am, but to be free in maximum of 21 years after something like that is pretty spooky, is it not?

Today mostly youg novegians were laying flowers near the cathedral and were basically saying "Fuck you, you can't crush us or our way of life or our politlcal mindset...."
Everyone is heartbroken but serioulsy dedicated to not let this guy scare them,..

...yeah, that's what I'm saying. Instead of running the risk of having this guy out in 21, is there some way to have him institutionalized forever by having him committed?

At least in the states, hospitals for the criminally insane are prisons that have an emphasis on psychiatric treatment... the ones that move on go to serve time in prison, but many are in the institution for life. Curious if there's an equivalent over there.
